About Me
Hello! My name is Emma Bailey. I am the owner of Elegant Rose Photography. I'm a portrait photographer in Las Vegas, Nevada.
I was born and raised in Columbiana, Ohio. In 2018, I decided to move to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where I resided in after college.
I attended The Art Institute of Pittsburgh for digital photography. There I studied the ins and outs of photography for a year and a half. In December of 2017, I graduated with my Associate of Science in Digital Photography.
I've grown up in the Columbiana area my whole life. I attended Crestview Local Schools and graduated in 2016. I participated in volleyball, softball, and basketball in Jr. High and high school.
I also have a major love for horses (trust me it's not a phase). I've been riding since my parents put me in the saddle. I was a part of
4-H for 9 years showing my horses, Bambi, Thumper and Bo. I participated in contesting events (barrels, poles, etc.) and some western events. Being in 4-H I've been around all kinds of animals, large and small, I love them all.
With being in love with the outdoors, I tend to love going on adventures to new places. Even if it's 30 minutes down the road.
Sports, animals, and adventuring have been a big part of my life. Then photography worked its way into my life my Junior year of high school.
Since 2014, I've been known to have a camera in my hand. It all started when I was taking pictures at Friday night football games for my high school's football team and their parents. I was beginning to enjoy taking pictures of sporting events, animals, and people. I was getting positive feedback from friends and family. It was then, my friend's mother mentioned to me about making photography a career. I decided that maybe I should look further into the photography world.
It was after I received an invitation to the Art Institute of Pittsburgh that I knew my dream could be my profession. It was at that open house that a professor told me and showed me that this could be a reality. My dream to take pictures could be my path to success.
Today, the goal is to capture unique moments of each session, expanding my ever-growing clientele, in hopes of having you coming back for upcoming special occasions.
